A cheap treat to keep you cool for those hot Riverside days ahead. 

Prep Time/Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Topping ideas:
    • Fruits (I recommend strawberries)
    • Chocolate chips
    • Chia seeds
    • Honey
    • Maple syrup

Instructions:

Spread your greek yogurt evenly on a baking sheet.

Cut up your toppings (if applicable) so that they are all the same size.

Distribute all of your toppings evenly and pour any syrups or liquids on top.

Freeze for at least two hours. Keep frozen as it will quickly unthaw within 15 minutes of taking out of the freezer.

Break into bite-sized chunks and enjoy!
