Capricorns are the get-stuff-done type, thus this lesson is ideal for them. One of the coolest classes to take is about California agriculture and the effects of climate change and technology on the food supply. Not only do you get to take the initiative and learn more about the environment, but you get to visit UCR’s very own orange orchards as well. Get out there and learn about Riverside’s agriculture.
