Ingredients:
- 4 cups of oatmeal
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 cups of greek yogurt
- 2 cups of frozen mango chunks
- 4 cups of milk or milk substitute
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
In a blender combine yogurt, milk, maple syrup and one cup of mango chunks and blend until smooth.
Combine blended mixture with dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
Top with the rest of the frozen mango chunks and refrigerate overnight.
Serve the next day.
