Artists often find joy in showcasing their creative talents and sharing their passion with others. In an effort to help such artists at UCR find an audience of their own, Angelena Aguilera a.k.a. PoeticMoment started The Underground, a venue supported by African Student Programs and ASPB. She believes this showcase will fill a void on campus that has been caused by unheard artists who yearn for a stage. The Barn served as that stage as poets, rappers and musicians delighted the audience with their clever verses, humor and emotional delivery.
