Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (of preference)
- 4 tablespoons whipped cream
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Fruit of choice (optional)
Instructions:
Heat nonstick pan over medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of butter
Add whipped cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs, milk and cinnamon on a plate. Mix well.
Dip each bread slice into the mixture, then flip the bread onto the other side.
Using a spatula, transfer the dipped bread slices onto the pan carefully.
Wait until golden brown, flip onto the other side and do the same.
Take the slices out and serve. You can pair it with fruit, syrup or powdered sugar.
