Prep Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- About one bowlful of leftover chicken and pasta
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 of an onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Milk
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
Take your sliced mushrooms and place them in a colander. Rinse them and set aside.
Cut a quarter of an onion. Mince your garlic afterwards and then set aside.
In a medium sauce pan, heat up some olive oil and then saute your onion and garlic for about four minutes. Then add mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle paprika and salt over the mushrooms and then wait for another 10 minutes before adding a dash of milk.
When the milk has been thoroughly incorporated into the vegetables and the mushrooms have started to wilt slightly, add them into your chicken and pasta.
Mix well and add more milk if it looks dry.
Serve and eat while hot.
